Downloading user list images

Problem: The first time you run JinxBot you are prompted to download user list images.
The first time you start JinxBot, you are prompted to download or load images for your user list. To prevent any form of copyright infringement, JinxBot does not ship with copyrighted materials, such as user list images, from any Blizzard titles (although in the future, if community artists wish to provide icon sets, it is possible).
By default, JinxBot provides to methods to download icon sets. The first is to download a copy of the StarCraft icons.bni file from the Battle.net FTP service. The other is to download the icons from the WarCraft III Ladder web site, which contains custom, richer artwork.
